What are the payment options?

Online payment options include pretty much any credit or debit card (feel free to contact us if yours doesn't work). If you live in the DMV and would like a hand delivery either to Wilson High School or BASIS DC, you may also pay us in cash during pickup.

What if I have a question that isn't answered by your blog posts?

We welcome any revisions, suggestions, or questions regarding mental health or the content in our blog posts. Please contact us by email or through direct message on instagram.

What is your return policy?

You're welcome to contact us, either by email or by direct message over Instagram, but there are no guarantees on returns or refunds for any reason.
